Ciao Ciao is in a bit of an odd location and, as a result, its layout is both inefficient and cramped. We stopped in for some gelato to hold us over till dinner. The woman staffing the gelato counter was friendly but tried to upsell us to the "best value" next size up from the smallest. It would have been $2 more per person, or about 25% more overall, but we were just looking for a small snack, not a meal substitute. After paying we turned to find a cramped seating area of stools and tiny tables; not very comfortable, but functional. The gelato itself was better than we expected, but the rest of the experience could surely use some improvement. We very likely will not seek out Ciao Ciao on our next visit to Las Vegas.

Tried to get a drink and snack but was asked for id. I normally wouldn't see that as a negative but I am 45!! Terrible customer service

Just had a cold tea here, found the staff very rude. Got far too much ice even though I hadn’t asked for ice, staff refused me a top up of tea and a separate cup. Very poor customer service for drinks costing €4.75.

My son wanted ice gelato. He is very particular. We had already gotten his little brother some from across the shops. However, since my other sons favorite flavor is mint. I decided to make the trip back through the crowded mall. Small please .”smallest is 10.81” sighhhh ... ok. . I need some ID . Sorry I don’t have mine can I use Apple Pay? No. Ok well my wife is here with my 4 year old and she didn’t bring it. My son is starting to freak out because he wants his gelato. The wife walks up and asks. No. Ok how about this . I pull up her Facebook account with her profile pic, name, and she is standing right in front of the cashier. No. It’s policy. No, to me that’s a crutch to point to a sign and tell a customer no. She needs to have a little common sense that the ID. Check policy is in place for suspicious activity . Good customer service is having good common sense. Not turning down business when I proved identity right in front of them . Bad bad customer service. My company has the same policy but there is a grey area based on your perception or if you provide secondary proof . Kid is crying now . Guess it’s tome to go home sad . Happy Sunday guys l.
